Safe
Tool will hit screw head
Screws are auto-placed after nesting. Screw head = 0.5 in (12.7 mm Ø).
Red = tool path comes within tool radius + screw radius of the screw.
Click canvas in placement mode to add or remove screws.
Mark areas already cut or that must be avoided.
The nester will not place parts over blocked zones.
Draw on the canvas or enter coordinates manually.
Tool Operations
Each enabled operation cuts all parts in sequence using that tool's
feed/speed — no M6 tool change is emitted. Add a Pause after
step when a manual bit swap is needed (inserts M0).
